    Same here. I logged out normally, and the next day I was just banned. Unfortunately, there's been no response to tickets at all. They just get closed. It's really sad to treat the community this way. You can see in the comments that this seems to be happening to several people. A real shame.

    I played on the server for over three months. The server itself is good and managed to captivate me again after a long time. However, you get banned here without any reason. The system allegedly detected a cheat. The support doesn't care about the community at all. Even the server admin just closes a ticket without giving any response. Over the three months, I also noticed that fewer and fewer players were active. There’s probably a reason for that. On top of that, there are constant lags, kicks, general issues, and DDoS attacks. The concept is good, but the team is incompetent. Players are just being milked here

    Community komplett fürn Arsch. Alle fühlen sich wie die Kings weil sie 500€ gecasht haben, laufen mit Full EQ rum, killen AFK-Farmer nonstop und lachen noch im Chat drüber. Schreibste 'ne Frage? Entweder wirst du ausgelacht oder komplett ignoriert. Team? Gibt’s nur auf Papier. Tickets werden direkt dicht gemacht. antwortet eh keiner. Die sehen dich nicht als Spieler, sondern eher als Störung.
