Hi everyone—I wanted to share my experience with you regarding Shiva, the private server. I spent four months on the server, investing a significant amount of time and even dropping €100 because I really enjoyed it—that is, until three days ago. I tried to log in one morning only to find that my accounts had been banned. I had no idea why until that evening, when I finally managed to get back in thanks to a friend who had direct contact with the support team. When I logged in, I discovered that all my gear and Yang were gone; I immediately reported this to support. I used the in-game shop search function to look for my items and found that another player was in possession of all my equipment. I messaged him, and he claimed that a Turkish player had sold him my things (it later turned out this was done for real money). So, essentially, I had been hacked. To this day, I still don't know how, as I thoroughly checked both my computer system and my email account (I work professionally in IT). In any case, I reported all of this to support, but they immediately shut me down, claiming it was entirely my own fault for mishandling my account data. I tried to make it clear to them that I wasn't to blame, but support simply refused to help, arguing that my items had already been scattered across the market and used for Real Money Trading (RMT). They stated that no compensation was possible. So here I am now: four months of grinding and dedication—all gone—because of something I had absolutely no control over. The support team was abysmal; they even made baseless accusations that I was able to refute one by one (I was completely transparent throughout the process), but ultimately, it made no difference. I would advise you—100,000%—to stay away from this server, because the moment something goes wrong with your items or accounts, absolutely no one on the support team will lift a finger to help you.

Very good and balanced server. I love it, Its not a pay to win unlike most of the servers they exist here. You can farm in peace plenty metin good respawn times. Dungeons too only customes and some boost rings and lollipops are sold on item shop which u can also farm them in game. So you dont have to pay a single euro if you are an active player. I recommend it. There lots of people playing the server. Its hands down the best metin P-server I played on. People say they got banned but i believe they get banned for using cheats or not following the rules. I also love the costumes on this server. Everything that is sold in item shop you can buy it from other players. Also You can farm coins from dungeons lvl 75+

worst server ever and I say that after playing more than a dozen private servers. Admins will ban anyone they want, no reason. Game keeps lagging for everyone, you ask if anyone else is lagging in discord, they act like you are the only one. No new content, not many active players. you can't find even 100 people online at a time.
